My 16-year old son had ACL surgery yesterday and could not have had a better experience. The place is clean, efficient, and words cannot describe how wonderful the people are. Every step of the way, our questions and issues were addressed by whoever was in our path. It is special to note these terrific people: Dr. Stefanides, Ruisa, Gloria, Ken, Cornell, and Kamal! The friendly atmosphere helped to ease our stress for the day. The mood was light and happy and we were made to laugh on several occasions. It was absolutely what we needed in this type of situation. From the front desk to the gentleman who wheeled my son to the car, everyone was super special.
From initial patient intake to patient discharge... My experience was exemplary... Customer/ patient attentive care was way above par... Friendly staff... Caring doctors... Constant, upkeep, and keeping you informed of what's happening... The entire medical staff is extremely professional and sincere... Overall an excellent experience, which | did not expect... | don't understand why people will give this facility a one star review... Can't they read... It’s a surgical center... Not a doctor's office!

My husband had his surgery here and what an amazing experience it was. We both absolutely love the staff and doctor Patel and his assistance for doing an amazing job and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Clean, calm, friendly atmosphere. Came here to have an ACL surgery. This is my first surgery of any kind and the staff starting from the receptionist were very kind. All the nurses were extremely friendly, trying to converse with you to make you feel comfortable. The anesthesiologist explained how the anesthesia will be applied and then the doctor comes in explaining the procedure in full detail. One of the best surgery experience | ever had and will probably return if | had to do another procedure. Very professional staff!
Had back lift surgery yesterday and the staff is excellent, very attentive to our needs. Great people skills, clean environment and | would recommend the center or would use again if needed.
